What’s New This Summer at Copper Cowgirl
There’s a fresh energy running through Copper Cowgirl this summer—and it’s bigger, bolder, and more inspired than ever. As we continue to grow across Montana and beyond, this season is all about expansion, deeper storytelling, and creating unforgettable experiences both on and off the page.
At the heart of what’s new is more editorial—more voices, more stories, and more of the Montana lifestyle you love. We’re introducing a brand-new section called Rose Soul, a dedicated space for everything a little more magical and meaningful. Think energy healing, reiki, manifestation, soulmate connections, astrology, and soulful living. It’s where western grit meets spiritual glow, and it brings a whole new layer of depth to the magazine.
We’re also stepping further into the spotlight with live experiences. This year, Copper Cowgirl is hosting three signature events, starting with our fashion show on May 30th in Bozeman—a night of western couture, community, and creativity. Following that, we’ll celebrate the release of our summer issue with a launch party at the end of June, along with more events planned throughout the year. For the first time, event sponsorships are available, giving brands a chance to connect with our audience in a more personal, high-impact way.
Our Copper Cowgirl Club is still going strong—our invitation-only circle for standout brands who want year-round visibility, connection, and collaboration. And as we grow, so does our reach. We’re expanding beyond our core areas into more communities across Montana, bringing that signature cowgirl glam to even more towns, cities, and hidden gems.
Behind the scenes, we’re leveling up. With new design software and a more structured layout, the magazine is evolving into an even more polished, elevated publication while staying true to its bold western roots. We’ve also welcomed new writers and editorial talent, adding fresh perspectives and creative depth to every issue.
And yes—one of your favorites is back. We’re continuing to work with the incredibly talented Ash J, whose photography brought last year’s Shotgun Chelle spread to life so beautifully. This summer, we’re creating an all-new Shotgun Chelle feature, showcasing updated styles, bold designs, and that signature edge that makes her work unforgettable. Alongside that, we’re actively seeking out Montana designers and artists to collaborate with—because this magazine is about celebrating the creativity that lives right here at home.
Looking ahead, we’re bringing even more fun into the mix with a fall horse show event—a relaxed, fashion-forward gathering where western style meets the beauty of the horses themselves. And inside the magazine, we’re launching a new reader feature: “Show Us Your Horse.” It’s exactly what it sounds like—photos of you and your horse, their names, and a chance to celebrate the connection that defines this lifestyle.
